About the Company

PAC International Consultants is the business name of her holding company namely PAC BioSciences Consultants Limited, which is a consulting firm founded in 2000, providing consultation services covering the fields of pharmaceuticals, Chinese medicines, biotechnology and specialty products in China, Hong Kong, Canada and U.S.A. In year 2005, our company started the entrepreneur division as PAC International Consultants, with the primary focus to serve non-biosciences business in:

Mr. Mingles Tsoi is our Principal Consultant since year 2000. He oversees the corporate administrative affairs and business development strategy. The entrepreneur division was founded by him as an expansion of the consulting services to non-biotech areas.

Mr. Simon Mak is a contributor for corporate valuation and insights for merger and acquisition.
